This Customer Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. ("D Maple", "we", "us", "our").

By creating, registering, or using a D Maple account, or utilizing the Services in any way, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to comply with this Customer Agreement and accept electronic communications regarding the Services or your account. Please read these terms carefully before using the Services. We recommend printing a copy of this Agreement for reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use the Services. By accepting this Agreement, you also agree to the following policies:

1. Registration and Business Information
Send Crypto Just Like That, Inc. is registered in Canada with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), registration number M15193394. As a registered money service business, Send Crypto is authorized to provide foreign exchange and money transfer services to residents in Canada.

2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province or territory.
- Act solely for your own benefit, not on behalf of any third party.
- Use the Services exclusively for transactions on your own account, not for any other person or entity.

3. The Services
Opening a D Maple Account
To use the Services offered by D Maple, you must first create an account by providing specific information. This information must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your mailing address, email address, telephone number, and other contact details up-to-date in your D Maple account profile. To update your profile, log in to your account and navigate to the account page. We may refuse to provide or may discontinue the Services to any person or entity at any time for any reason. We consider all activities under a D Maple account to be the responsibility of the registered user.

Account Security and Privacy

Protecting your privacy is essential to D Maple. Your passwords are stored on our servers in encrypted form. We do not disclose your personal information, including account details, postal or email addresses, except when legally required or as specified in our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information between your browser and our website is transferred in encrypted form using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Always ensure that your browser validates our website’s certificate when transmitting sensitive information.

D Maple is a non-custodial solution, which means we do not store your passwords or personal data on our servers. Instead, all sensitive information, including passwords and private keys, is stored locally on your device. This approach ensures that you maintain full control over your data and assets. Our system is designed to provide you with secure access while ensuring your information remains private and under your direct control. We prioritize your security by using advanced encryption methods to protect all communications and transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and control of any IDs, passwords, or other details you use to access your D Maple account and Services. Never disclose your D Maple account password or customer reference number to anyone. We will never ask for your password. If someone requests your password, report this to Customer Support immediately. Contact Customer Support if you suspect your account, login details, password, or other security features are compromised. Changing your password is advisable if you believe your credentials are at risk. Unauthorized access to your account could allow unauthorized transactions. Contacting us immediately is the best way to minimize your risk of loss.

Regularly review your transaction history and contact Customer Support if you notice any unauthorized activities. We may suspend or restrict your account functionality if we have security concerns or suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use. Ensure that your email accounts are secure since they may be used to reset passwords or communicate about your account security. Avoid using features that store login details on computers or browsers. Duplicate Accounts

D Maple reserves the right to refuse the creation of duplicate accounts for the same user due to security and client identification requirements. If duplicate accounts are detected, we may close or merge them without notifying you.

Verification

To comply with legal requirements, D Maple must verify some of your information when you open an account and use certain Services. You authorize us to make necessary inquiries to validate your identity, which may include checking commercial databases or credit reports. If verification fails, additional documentation, such as certified photo ID, may be required. We reserve the right to access various databases to verify your information. If we cannot obtain or verify this information, we may close, suspend, or limit access to your account and Services.
